Ripple Fiber's enhanced Service Promise commits to addressing service-related issues within 30 days of installation and to crediting up to two months' service fees if expectations remain unmet after remediation attempts. Installation fees will be refunded when applicable. The promise includes low-latency fiber internet, 24/7 customer support, whole-home Wi‑Fi routers, high uptime during peak periods and inclement weather, transparent pricing and accurate billing, and white-glove installation for seamless setup. Competing broadband and mobile providers are introducing similar guarantees, including same-day technician visits, outage notifications, whole-dollar pricing, and money-back or credit-based remedies.
