Rams' Nacua declares himself ready to face Saints
""It's good to be back out on the football field, moving around, getting a good sweat in, put my feet in the ground," Nacua said. "It's been good. We had a nice Thursday practice, so finally get to hit somebody. It feels like it's been too long for sure, but it felt great to be back out there.""
""fantastic" and is "ready to go""
Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua sprained his left ankle in Week 6 and was inactive for Week 7 while rehabbing during the team's bye week. He practiced Wednesday as a limited participant and fully practiced Thursday for the first time since the injury. Nacua said he feels "fantastic" and is "ready to go," and described being glad to move and hit someone in practice. Coach Sean McVay expected Nacua to be available Sunday barring a setback. Entering Week 9 Nacua has 54 catches for 616 yards and two touchdowns, and his 238 career receptions are tied with Michael Thomas through 35 games.
