Solaris has received an order for 101 electric buses from VR Sverige, intended for use in Stockholm. This follows a previous contract for 103 low-entry electric buses awarded to Nobina, also for Stockholm. Solaris is executing another contract for 81 Urbino 15 LE electric buses. With nearly 300 electric buses already supplied in Sweden, total deliveries are expected to exceed 550 units. The new order includes various bus models equipped with electric drivetrains and high-capacity battery packs.
