A report from Arctic Wolf highlights a shift in security leaders' concerns, with AI, LLMs, and privacy issues now topping the list for 29% of leaders. This surpasses the previous top concerns of ransomware and malware. Despite these worries, AI is driving significant cyber investments, with 99% of organizations adopting generative AI policies. The report also reveals a concerning trend: 70% of organizations faced at least one major cyberattack in the prior year. Ransomware, while less of a concern at 21%, still heavily impacted security leaders, with 76% paying ransoms.
