Samsung Galaxy AI now supports 22 languages
"The total number of supported languages reached 16 in April 2024, then 20 in December that year. It's been a while, but now Galaxy AI is finally adding two new languages, namely Filipino and Gujarati. These are now available for download as language packs in the Settings app. The former is spoken by an estimated 87 million people, the latter by around 62.5 million people."
"The Filipino and Gujarati languages for Galaxy AI were developed in collaboration with Samsung Research centers in Indonesia and India. With these additions, Galaxy AI now supports 22 different languages, which are spoken by nearly 74% of the global population, or 5.9 billion people. More than 70% of Galaxy S25 owners regularly engage with Galaxy AI and Google Gemini, and 47% rely on AI "heavily" in their daily lives, Samsung says."
