"The exhibition is promising over 250 Banksy works - one of the most expansive retrospectives of the artist to date. Curated by Sorina Burlacu - who in recent years has taken the exhibition global across the US, South America, Asia, Australia and Europe - the display brings together his certified originals, rare pieces, digital works and sculptures under one roof."
"If this dedicated exhibition isn't enough, you can catch the artist's piece featuring a rat hanging from the arm of a clock, at the London Transport Museum right now. And then more Banksy artwork will go on display at the new London Museum, opening in Smithfield next year - specifically his tank of piranhas on a City of London police box which had originally popped up in Ludgate Hill but was later moved to Guildhall Yard so it could be admired safely."
Banksy Limitless London opens 24 September 2025 and runs through 31 January 2026 in South Kensington at Sussex Mansions. Sorina Burlacu curates a global touring display bringing certified originals, rare pieces, digital works and sculptures together. Highlights include an exclusive holographic experience for the London edition, installations from Dismaland, certified prints such as 'Flower Thrower' and 'Kissing Coppers', the large-scale Phone Booth sculpture, recent works on immigration, and original pieces from the Walled Off Hotel. The presentation includes recreated stencil works, a mural installation, and a specially produced documentary offering behind-the-scenes insight. Additional Banksy works are on display at the London Transport Museum and will feature at the new London Museum in Smithfield.
