Braves News: Spencer Strider, series win, more
Briefly

The Braves won a series, buoyed by Spencer Strider's impressive performance against the Rockies, featuring 13 strikeouts and better velocity. After struggling in previous outings due to injury, Strider's resurgence brought optimism for the team's future. Although he faced a decline in performance later in the game, the initial innings provide hope for his return to ace form. Alongside Strider, Ronald Acuna also contributed to the win, highlighting the team's potential going forward. Other MLB news included player movements involving former Braves' prospects.
Strider's velocity looked much more like we have been used to seeing from him than before his injuries and his strikeout stuff did too.
It was a relief to see Spencer looking like his old self after a sub-par few weeks.
His velocity and command did fall off later in the start, but it was very reassuring to see him look like the ace he was.
Hopefully it was a sign for more to come.
