Police say Pearce crashed his car while fleeing after an incident involving WNBA player Rickea Jackson and that he intentionally struck Jackson's vehicle with his Lamborghini to prevent her from reaching a police station. Pearce fled prior to crashing and was detained. The Falcons acknowledged awareness and declined further comment. Pearce recorded 10.5 sacks and 16 quarterback hits in 2025, finishing third in Defensive Rookie of the Year voting. Bond and an arrest report remain unavailable.
