'That environment can push me to the next level' - Stefan Kung heads home with move to Swiss team Tudor Pro Cycling
"As a Swiss rider, I've followed the Tudor project closely and been genuinely impressed by its mentality and development,"
"Innovation and R&D [research and development] are clearly central to the team, and I believe that environment can push me to the next level, especially on the time trial bike."
"A big Classic is still missing from my palmarès, and that's something I really want to score,"
Stefan Küng will ride for Tudor Pro Cycling from 2026 on a three-year contract, departing Groupama-FDJ after seven years. The 31-year-old time trial specialist moves from WorldTour to ProTeam level while targeting further Grand Tour stage wins and a major Classic victory. Küng is Switzerland's most decorated active male pro, with a European time trial title and stage wins at the Vuelta a España, Tour de Suisse and Tour de Romandie. He highlighted Tudor's emphasis on innovation and R&D as a development environment. Tudor also announced signings of Luca Mozzato and Robin Donzé to bolster Classics and development pathways.
