The 2026-27 Portland Arts & Lectures series will feature prominent authors and speakers. George Saunders will open the season on Sept. 24. Ayad Akhtar is scheduled for Oct. 21. Isabel Wilkerson will speak on Jan. 21, 2027. Ben Rhodes is set for Feb. 17, 2027, and Kiran Desai will close the season on April 20, 2027. Over 550 subscriptions have already been sold, and season tickets are available on the Literary Arts website.
