"Around 2:00 a.m. on Feb. 28, three people waved down Boston police outside the W Boston Hotel on Stuart Street. All three alleged that they had just been struck by a blue Jeep Wrangler outside of ICON. According to the victims, the car "flew in and tried to hit like 15 people," at "approximately 5-10 mph.""
"The male driver and female passenger - later identified as Boyce and Moraes - allegedly then exited the vehicle and tried to fight the victims. A second, unidentified man, who was sitting in the back seat of the Jeep, leaned over the center console and wielded a gun. The man in the back seat got out of the car and said "Do you want to die [expletive]?""
"Boyce is charged with three counts of felony assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, one count of improper storage of a firearm, and one count of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
