Eyssimont advanced through St. Cloud State and multiple AHL seasons with Ontario and Manitoba before earning spots with Winnipeg, San Jose, Tampa Bay and Seattle. His most productive year was 2023-24 with Tampa Bay, posting an 11-14-25 line, and he credits tough AHL experience for his work ethic.
