"The combination of a top-tier office space with world-class amenities and an unmatched location made this the ideal choice for our growing team."
"KKR's decision to plant a substantial flag at International Place is a major milestone for both the building and Boston's business community,"
KKR is expanding its Boston presence by signing a 15-year lease for 132,529 square feet at Two International Place and will relocate to accommodate local growth. Around 300 KKR employees already work in the Boston area, primarily supporting the firm's insurance business. The move downtown aligns with firms settling return-to-office approaches while some unused offices convert to housing. Two International Place underwent a $100 million renovation in 2024, enhancing lobbies, entrances, and a 25,000-square-foot amenity center called the Aries Club, and offering waterfront views and a private roof deck. KKR provides alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions.
