Uncommon Schools in New York City celebrated an unprecedented achievement, with 17 students securing QuestBridge Match Scholarships, enabling them to attend elite universities. Among the recipients, Karla Penaloza expressed her dreams of financially supporting her family after receiving the scholarship, which covers significant educational costs. Fellow students praised the emotional challenges of the application process while recognizing QuestBridge’s commitment to excellence. "QuestBridge helps to solidify my future. I am able to help my parents financially, and honestly, that has been my goal since I was born," said Penaloza.

Zeinab Saidou, who received a full-ride to Dartmouth College, wishes her late mother could have seen her accepted to an Ivy League school.
The scholarship, valued at over $325,000, covers 100% of the costs for recipients attending top colleges.
