The body of Justin Tetro was discovered inside his apartment building on Pennsylvania Ave. near Fulton St. in Cypress Hills after a social worker linked to the victim requested a wellness check around 11:04 a.m. on Thursday, cops said."
"Tetro's death was ruled a homicide on Friday following an autopsy conducted by the city's medical examiner, according to law enforcement. Tetro has an extensive criminal record, which includes 18 arrests between 1994 and Aug. 28, 2015, with charges including robbery, burglary, possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. No arrests have been made."
