""At that point, the music stopped, everyone was aware of the situation," Nadeen Farahat, the bride, told KTLA-TV. "It's such a memorable and happy day and you're having so much fun. You don't think about this stuff. It's the last thing that could've been on anyone's mind.""

A well-dressed, uninvited man entered a wedding reception at the Renaissance Banquet Hall in Glendale just after midnight on Aug. 31 and walked through the event while guests danced. A bridesmaid saw him grab a donation/gift box containing about $60,000 in cash and checks and run out a side door to a waiting black Mercedes-Benz SUV. Surveillance footage captured clear images of the suspect and the getaway vehicle, enabling police to identify and arrest Armean Shirehjini in Sherman Oaks and alleged driver Andranik Avetisyan in Los Angeles within five days. Officers recovered a handgun, other firearms and drugs while processing additional evidence.
