"Williams reportedly ran northbound through Triangle Court and collapsed in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said responding officers said they found Williams suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene, police said. Police said no arrests had been made in the shooting. Earlier this year in June, police arrested arrested a 61-year-old Richmond woman, Terri James, allegedly in connection for murder in the city's first homicide that left a man bleeding out on a sidewalk near Market Avenue and 6th Street."
