Air Canada has suspended flights from Toronto and Montreal to New York's JFK Airport due to increased fuel costs stemming from the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Jet fuel prices have doubled since the start of the Iran conflict, prompting the airline to adjust its schedule. The suspension will last from June 1 to October 25, affecting one flight from Montreal and three from Toronto. Despite these cuts, Air Canada will continue to operate 34 daily flights to LaGuardia and Newark airports.
