Canada's Wonderland rolls out new chaperone policies for those under 16 | CBC News
"Canada's Wonderland's Halloween Haunt will look slightly different this year, with the theme park rolling out a new chaperone and no re-entry policy. The spooky season event will take place on select nights from Sept. 26 to Nov. 1 and will see fan-favourites such as the Corn Stalkers maze along with live performances and merchandise. This year's Halloween Haunt will also feature an immersive and interactive experience for fans of The Conjuring, where attendees take on the role of a paranormal investigator."
"But this year, the park will require anyone aged 15 or under to be accompanied by an adult. Chaperones must be 21 or older, provide ID at the entrance and can accompany a maximum of 10 people, according to the park's conduct policy and guidelines. Anyone over the age of 16 visiting Halloween Haunt after 6 p.m. must bring a piece of identification. Grace Peacock, director of public relations at Canada's Wonderland, said the policy looks to minimize the risk of disruption and "bad behaviour.""
