Kneecap was deemed ineligible to enter Canada by government officials after statements that the group amplified political violence and displayed support for Hezbollah and Hamas. The trio had scheduled performances in Toronto and Vancouver next month and previously canceled 15 U.S. shows. Member Liam Og O Hannaidh (Mo Chara) faces terrorism charges in the U.K. after allegedly waving a Hezbollah flag onstage in London and has a court hearing on Sept. 26, which the group cited to explain the U.S. cancellations. The group was dropped by its U.S. booking agent after a Coachella performance displaying a "F--k Israel, Free Palestine" message.
