Mr. Lyan's Seed Library will open this fall at Hotel Park Avenue (444 Park Avenue South), marking his first New York City location and second in the U.S. The project is a partnership with Renwick Hospitality, which operates Lindens, Foxtail, Lulla, ART Rooftop, the Alderman, and Altair. The hotel is also introducing Park Rose, a new restaurant scheduled to open on Thursday, October 23. Mr. Lyan's bars are known for pairing techniques, sustainability focus, and flavor experimentation, including White Lyan, Dandelyan/Lyaness, Seed Library in East London, Super Lyan, and Silver Lyan.
