The duo behind Kinship Butcher & Sundry is in major expansion mode: with the upcoming opening of their new location of Kinship in Grant Park, they are now gearing up to open a new restaurant, So. Fox, this spring. They are doing this all while hosting their sold-out dinner pop-ups, k|n."
"So. Fox (short for Southern Fox - another name for the Muscadine or Scuppernong grape) will open directly next door to Kinship in Virginia-Highland. It will feature a seasonal menu by Moody, and a natural wine program by Pack. The couple will tap into their fine dining experiences from two-Michelin-starred Aska (where the two met), Eleven Madison Park, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, with a focus on proteins and produce sourced from local farms and small purveyors."
