HomeXpress Mortgage and ARIVE announced a partnership leveraging significant overlap in their broker communities, with approximately one-third of HomeXpress's active brokers already operating on ARIVE. The integration allows approved HomeXpress brokers to access products and pricing directly within ARIVE's platform. HomeXpress offers three specialized loan programs: CoreX for non-QM borrowers with alternative income documentation, PrimeX for those missing agency parameters, and InvestorX for real estate investors using debt-service-coverage ratios. ARIVE strengthens its non-QM and investor loan offerings through this partnership. HomeXpress, a Chimera Investment Corp. subsidiary, processed $1.47 billion across 3,630 loans with 15 licensed loan officers in the past year.
