Councilman Webster Lincoln advocates for assistance to the few individuals impacted, highlighting the urgent need for affordable housing amidst growing concerns.
"I didn't expect to lose so much. I just felt it was like back-to-back funerals," Finau said.
"If we do have to leave from here, we don't know where we're going to go because we haven't been placed in housing."
