An 863-square-foot condominium on North Abbott Ave. sold for $530,000 ($614/sq ft) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and was built in 1979. A 1,512-square-foot Currlin Circle condo sold for $1.1 million ($728/sq ft) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
