"Parents and their kids, preK to 6th grade, set monthly reading goals in the app, track progress, and, if goals are met, kids can claim a free Personal Pan Pizza."
The BOOK IT! summer reading program returns, connecting Millennials and Gen Xers to their childhood nostalgia. Kids can earn free pizza by reading books through the Summer of Stories initiative. The program, popular in the 1980s and 1990s, allows children to report their reading accomplishments to parents or teachers, who then submit them to BOOK IT! for pizza coupons. Registration begins May 1st via the BOOK IT! app, with reading progress tracking starting June 1st. Kids from preK to 6th grade can set monthly reading goals and claim rewards.
