These predictions include up to 0.4 ft of storm surge that will enhance the astronomical tide and flooding threat."

High tide timing may vary by up to 90 minutes along the coast and bay. Lots, parks, and roads may flood with isolated closures; allow extra travel time and avoid driving through water. Sandbags are available in San Mateo, Alameda, and Santa Clara counties.
