Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes, according to the NWS. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency."

Winds could gust 40 to 50 mph. Travel could be very difficult to impossible and hazardous conditions may impact Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Travelers are advised to carry an extra flashlight, food, and water and to check current road conditions by calling 511. Bay Area residents will receive emergency Wireless Emergency Alerts and are encouraged to sign up for county alert systems and monitor agencies' social media.
