Familiar franchise actors David Arquette and Matthew Lillard appear, and a scene depicts Tatum facing Ghostface while the killer sets a house ablaze, declaring "I'm going to burn it all down." The production experienced cast and director turnover: Melissa Barrera was fired in November 2023, Jenna Ortega left afterward, and director Christopher Landon exited. The film opens February 27, 2026.
