"The agency says food contaminated with E. coli O157:H7 may not look or smell spoiled, but that it can still make someone sick. Symptoms of E. coli contamination can include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and watery to bloody diarrhea. In severe cases, people can experience stroke or kidney damage. There have not been any reports of illness connected to the recall. The CFIA is continuing to investigate, though, and says other products could be recalled."
