The third edition of The UK's Top New Restaurant Awards launches in March 2026 to honour the best new restaurant openings across the UK from 2025. Judging takes place each January when Condé Nast Traveller convenes an 11-member panel of award-winning chefs, restaurant critics, and food and wine writers to debate a shortlist of eligible openings. The panel selects a list of award-winning restaurants plus special awards for notable industry contributors. Winners are announced in March and celebrated at a public awards party. The judging panel for this edition includes prominent chefs, writers and critics.
