Bubble Bath is a new rooftop Champagne bar opening in the CitizenM hotel at Back Bay, on August 6. It features a Champagne-themed decor with dusty-rose banquettes and floating gold-bar shelves, complemented by breathtaking skyline views. Chef Tiffani Faison's Big Heart Hospitality oversees this location, an evolution of the original downtown Bubble Bath, emphasizing a focus on beverages and food pairing. The menu is crafted by Charlie Gaeta, focusing on a robust wine selection tailored to the bar's concept, straddling casual and upscale dining.
‘This is not a restaurant; it's a bar,’ says Tiffani Faison. ‘It's really about getting out of the way for the beverage program to be really gorgeous and robust, and then just having food that complements it.'
Charlie Gaeta has been building the Back Bay menu from scratch over the past half-year, focusing on creating a robust beverage program to complement the casual-fancy mix of food.
