This month, we're also including some restaurants that are supporting hunger relief efforts by providing free meals to SNAP recipients, donating to food banks, or helping in other ways. Late fall marks the release of annual Top 50 Restaurants and Top 10 New Restaurants lists and a live celebration at the 15th annual Taste event on November 5. New and reopening restaurants include casual seafood from O Ya alums Nathan Gould and Tyler Paolini with partner Jesse Kim at Holdfast Specialty Seafood Co., a petite counter-service in Allston opening around November 6 with lobster rolls, oysters, beer, wine, and planned seasonal crudo. Somerville's The Hollows will open in Rudy's longtime space as a neighborhood haunt and sibling to Dragon Pizza. Several restaurants are supporting hunger-relief efforts through free SNAP meals, donations, and food-bank assistance.
