A group of game developers from Wizards of the Coast announced their intent to unionize with the Communications Workers of America. They achieved a supermajority in support of unionization and have called for voluntary recognition from company leadership. The bargaining unit will represent over 100 employees, including various roles within the studio. If voluntary recognition is not granted, they have filed an election petition with the National Labor Relations Board to ensure timely union certification.
