"I obviously have seen the Skubal stuff, and I think that seems to be relatively real. I've also seen some rumors where I would get traded for him, so it's like, I don't know what to believe," Glasnow said on Sirius XM. "I talked to Andrew and our front office and they were like, 'No, you're not going anywhere.' They told me I'm not going to get traded, and I trust them. So that's obviously a nice feeling."

Tyler Glasnow addressed speculation tying him to a potential Tarik Skubal trade and said Dodgers management informed him he is not being traded. Glasnow is under contract for two more seasons with a 2028 club option that becomes a $21.56 million player option. The 32-year-old right-hander retains quality stuff and can be a premier arm when his command is sharp, but he has been injury-prone and is trending down from his peak. Glasnow posted a 3.37 ERA with a 30.9% strikeout rate in 40 starts and a 1.69 ERA in six postseason games. Los Angeles views him as a middle-rotation luxury piece and must manage his workload carefully if he stays. The Dodgers were not actively shopping him but remained open to trading him for the right return, such as a two-time Cy Young winner.
