""I was incredibly impressed by it," Friedman said of the dance. "Setting aside my emotions of how much I disliked it. I can't wait to see him do it every week when he's working with us after he's done playing.""
Freddie Freeman announced a desire to play four more years to reach a 20-year, Hall of Fame-level career. The 36-year-old will enter his 17th major-league season and his fifth with the Dodgers. Freeman has produced a .310/.391/.516 slash line in 614 Dodger games with a .907 OPS, 96 home runs, 381 RBIs and 727 hits in 2,347 plate appearances. Two of his most iconic moments — the 2024 World Series Game 1 walkoff and the 2025 World Series Game 3 walkoff — occurred as a Dodger. His contract expires after 2027, and Andrew Friedman hinted at a possible post-retirement front-office role.
