After conviction and placement in New Hampshire's men's prison, she alleges denial of items like razors, tweezers, and women's undergarments and replacement of injectable hormone therapy with pills. She reports decreased hormone levels amounting to a forced detransition, increased facial hair, exacerbated gender dysphoria, and suicidal ideation. She was assigned to a residential treatment unit, placed on suicide watch for over two weeks in a maximum-security wing, and experienced misgendering, harassment, and discrimination by staff.
