Chenneour described the incident at a cafe as a "full-on fight between four people for about five minutes" after her phone was stolen.
The confrontation escalated when another man entered the cafe, resulting in threats of stabbing Chenneour during the struggle to retrieve her phone.
After the attack, Chenneour felt a darkness engulf her, sensing something was wrong before realizing her phone had been taken.
The attack left Chenneour severely agoraphobic, leading her to move out of London to live with her mother following the trauma.
