Diego Vitagliano, crowned Italy's best pizza chef and ranked number two globally by 50 Top Pizza, will serve limited-edition pizzas at Rudy's Pizza Napoletana in Soho on September 30, 2025. The menu features Neapolitan-rooted creations with modern twists, including a diavola with Calabrian 'nduja, green chilli and grana padano; the conciaciccia with spianata piccante and cacioricotta; salsiccia and friarielli with Tuscan fennel sausage, smoked provolone and chilli-roasted greens; and an 'almost carbonara' with fior di latte, crispy guanciale, pecorino and egg yolk. Rudy's collaboration offers London diners a chance to sample world-class pizza without traveling to Naples. Service runs 6pm-10pm.
