This summer, visitors can explore the historical Mail Rail tunnels under Mount Pleasant as part of the Postal Museum's new evening tours. Originally serving as a mail delivery railway, a portion of these tunnels is now a visitor attraction featuring special train rides. For three months, on Friday evenings, guided tunnel walks provide groups with a unique opportunity to delve into sections of the railway and learn about its century-long history, including the experiences of workers. Tours are priced at £58 per person and last about 75 to 90 minutes.
