Canadian heavy metal band Anvil has announced their 2026 North American tour, titled "Pounding the Past," running from June 3rd in Rochester, New York through July 11th in Toledo, Ohio. The tour will traverse major cities including Chicago, Las Vegas, and Seattle across the United States and Canada. The setlist will emphasize material from Anvil's first three albums: Hard 'n' Heavy (1981), Metal on Metal (1982), and Forged in Fire (1983), supplemented by songs from throughout their career.
