Officers attended the two addresses in High Road on Tuesday, April 15, along with Redbridge Council following complaints about persistent anti-social behaviour.
Sgt Stacey-May Laslett, from Ilford's Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: Safeguarding women is a priority and we will always act quickly on information shared with police.
We know anti-social behaviour is concerning for the community and can cause distress to local residents, so we will take action and work with the local authority to make our community feel safe.
