When I was looking at this house, I came up the stairs, and the very first thing I saw was this beautiful view from this room, and I was, like, 'This is my nest.' It makes me feel like I'm in a treehouse."

Richardson added a fireplace and commissioned custom shelving from a friend to create the perfect focal point. The room also reflects his passion for vinyl records and audio equipment, with beautiful Shinola speakers and a carefully curated record collection that he values as tangible art pieces.
