Josh Mauro, a former NFL defensive end, died at 35. He played six seasons with the Arizona Cardinals and had a total of 80 games in his career. Mauro recorded five sacks and 130 tackles. His family expressed their grief and faith in a statement, highlighting their loss. Teammate Maxx Crosby honored Mauro as a mentor and friend. Mauro was a Stanford graduate and began his NFL journey as an undrafted free agent with the Pittsburgh Steelers before joining the Cardinals, Giants, and Raiders.
