Noise Digital functions as a data consulting and performance media firm that activates client data and provides technology consulting. Carr intends to integrate the Noise and CSA teams around a North American data technology consulting vision. CSA's four pillars include technology consulting on enterprise tech, ad tech and analytics; data science and measurement with modeling; technology development building tools and AI agents; and a health specialty serving pharma and modern wellness with personalized marketing analytics.
