Google is testing a "Get Google QR" code button that appears when searching for a business in Google Search. The button is shown alongside Edit Profile, reviews, photos, posts, performance, and other Google Business Profile management controls. QR codes for reviews have already been added to multiple locations within the Google Business Profile area, but placement among the primary management buttons appears new. The appearance was spotted by Robin on X with a shared screenshot. The test suggests Google may be evaluating the effectiveness of surfacing QR codes more prominently in profile management interfaces.
