However, while it offered an outlined trip structure, the platform fell short in providing customized recommendations, and there were instances where itinerary details were not updated accurately. Ultimately, it proved to be a good starting point, with potential for further enhancements to personalization.

I found it was a good starting point, but there was plenty of room for improvement.
