Severe flooding in Central Texas led to the deaths of at least 79 people, including eight-year-old twin granddaughters of David Lawrence, Jr. The girls, along with their 14-year-old sister, were campers at Camp Mystic when the Guadalupe River overflowed due to rainwater.
