Adam Mazur battles in Marlins debut, but Fish fall to Phillies 4-2
Briefly

Adam Mazur, a 24-year-old right-hander, made his MLB debut for the Miami Marlins against the Philadelphia Phillies after being recalled from Triple A Jacksonville. He started strong, striking out three in the first three innings without allowing a run. However, the fourth inning saw him unravel, beginning with a single and culminating in a three-run homer by Bryson Stott. Despite his promising start, Mazur admitted to losing his rhythm and rushed pitches, leading to his team's eventual 4-2 loss.
For the first three innings, Mazur looked composed. He scattered one walk and struck out three, holding the Phillies scoreless and giving the Marlins a clean slate to work with.
I felt like I was getting a little bit out of rhythm and trying to rush it a little bit. The arm was kind of staying behind a little bit.
I've watched him pitch throughout his whole life. He knows you just go out and do your thing. If you try to be someone you're not, it's going to come back and hurt you.
The knockout punch, however, came off the bat of Bryson Stott, who launched a 396-foot three-run homer to center field, breaking the game open.
