Judge says he cannot review sentence of Boy B who murdered Ana Kriegel when he was 13

Boy B, now 21, was convicted of murdering 14-year-old schoolgirl Ana Kriegel in 2019. He and another adolescent committed the killing when both were 13 years old. A Central Criminal Court judge accepted that he cannot review the sentence he imposed on Boy B.
